Great restful cleanup. One beer and visit. Then the “Catalinas” arrived to big hugs. Then Tim and Sharna, again to warm greetings. Then Ro powered in, to a big hello.

We all met for dinner, and transforming conversation. Words do not describe the words. The world can heal with these.

Embrace
Expect loss and losing
Keep your pace
Give only required attention to small complaints and small pleasures

Walk easily with the Puritan and the Charlatan
Observe their similarities and differences
Adopt a listening pace with a Master, when one appears.

Practice without reflection is merely exercise
Teaching without reflection is recitation
Students may need recitation, and Teachers value exercise
All is training
